I’ve always been passionate about cooking and sharing my creations with family and friends. When I was about 6 and left alone, I mixed up my version of cookies (what I thought went in cookies, but didn’t add the baking powder). The batter tasted good, so the cookies would too, right? Well, the hard, round disks tasted good, but I’m not sure I would call them cookies. I have learned a lot since then, but haven’t we all. Over the next almost 40 years (eek), I’ve traveled a lot, experienced a lot, and experimented with many new recipes.
I have put this site together to share my and my family’s favorites, and hope this will be a great resource for many home cooks who want to try something new.
