Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs

  • 8 slices whole wheat bread

  • Fresh blueberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Maple Syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Pour egg mixture into a shallow dish. (I use a pie plate.)
  4. Soak bread in the egg mixture, then place on baking sheet (lined with parchment paper).
  5. Cut butter into small pieces and sprinkle over the top of the bread.
  6. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with powdered sugar and blueberries (or your favorite fruit).
  8. Serve with maple syrup.
